Glico: 71.8-Second Life

Glico, a Japanese food brand, unveiled this innovative commercial. I like the idea to use 72 actors play the same woman to emphasize her life from through birth, youth, adolescence, maturity, and death. The title of the commercial, “71.8-Second Life,” is related to the World Bank reports of global life expectancy risen from 31 to 71.8 years.

The Glico Group is dedicated to contributing to physical health, an energetic lifestyle, and positive mental activity by focusing on creatively living up to the Glico Spirit in accordance to the corporate philosophy of “Achieve Innovation, Usefulness, and the Thrill of the Positive”.
