The advertising agency Forsman & Bodenfors creates this funny commercial for Volvo Trucks. Named “The Cash Machine featuring Bob,” the 90-sec advert features a rich trucker with a flashy lifestyle. The soundtrack is the song “If I Were a Rich Man,” by Zero Mostel
The tagline is “Live a little, Save a lot. Up to 11% fuel savings with the new Volvo VNL Turbo Compound.” and the marketing message is “Meet Bob and his new cash machine. Get up to 11% fuel savings with the new Volvo VNL Turbo Compound. What if every truck owner could live a life of luxury?”
The advertisement is well made and funny.
