BBDO New York creates a brilliant campaign for Thinx, a maker of ‘period-proof underwear’. The main message is “If we all had them, maybe we’d be more comfortable with them” and talk about an imaginary world where both men and women get periods.
Thinx, which makes ‘period-proof underwear’, is imagining a world where both sexes get periods and nobody is uncomfortable talking about them.

The most ridiculous commercial I have ever seen. Only an ignorant millennial could think up this demented crap. Crap crap crap.
This is the most disgusting ad I have ever seen ! A man having their period is nauseating. You all are just sick minded people….do you all want to become women? What is wrong with you people. I see nothing positive in the disgusting display of inappropriate behavior….YUCK
This is not “a brilliant commercial” as noted in the article. This is a ridiculous, disturbing and off-putting commercial that makes me want to throw something at the television when I see it. But more importantly, it makes me NEVER want to buy a product from this company as long as I live. Perhaps their new CEO could just focus on selling and not promote such ridiculous drek.
