Pepsi created the invitation for a “Very Important Meeting” that takes place precisely during game times.

Every match in the knockout stage in the UEFA Champions League happened on either a Tuesday or a Wednesday, always at 4 pm (Brazil time). But if the matches happen during working time, how can the soccer fans enjoy them?

Using a digital events tool, it was possible to create and add appointments in any online schedule, like Google Calendar and Outlook.

So, Pepsi created an invite for “a very important meeting” at the exact time of the matches. The soccer fans dribbled those meetings that could be solved with a simple email and enjoyed the matches with no interruptions.
