Wendy’s: 2017 Super Bowl 50 – Cold Storage

Wendy’s unveiled its 2017 Super Bowl 30-second advert. The commercial was created by the advertising agency VML. The VML partnership with Wendy’s began in late 2012, when VML became Wendy’s digital agency of record. While VML first focused on digital campaign activation, VML role grew to include planning, social media strategy, publishing, and community management. In 2013, VML started major technology projects for the Wendy’s, including website management, mobile apps, a mobile ordering experience and more. Now, the advertising agency VML serve as Wendy’s voice across all social media channels. The advertising agency VML also act as a strategic and creative lead, continuing to produce 360º campaign activations on a project to project basis. VML declare that they follow Wendy’s philosophy, aiming not for quantity of fans, but the quality of experiences.

The message of Wendy’s “Cold Storage” commercial is “See what the Othr Guyz don’t want you to see in Wendy’s latest 2017 Commercial. Don’t settle for frozen, get fresh beef hamburgers at Wendy’s.”
