The Silver Line is a free confidential telephone helpline offering information, friendship, and advice to older people in the United Kingdom. The creative agency Anzara creates for The Silver Line this heartbreaking Christmas advert.

There are thought to be around 1.2 million chronically lonely older people across the UK. That number is set to rise to 2 million by 2026.
