True Fruits: Awkward – Eat a banana

True Fruits unveiled a hilarious campaign to promotes smoothies. The advert was created by the advertising agency BBDO Berlin and it parodies the embarrassing situations in which people eat bananas. Places are quite ordinary: an office, a street, a car, an elevator, a tennis court.

The marketing story is “You do it in the office, in the car, in the elevator or on the tennis court: enjoy biting into a banana. But the lustful bite sometimes awakens completely different thoughts in your environment. We have an idea how you could safely wrap such situations in the future.”

Even if I do not agree with the slogan (“The best way to eat bananas is to drink them”), I like the advert. It is funny and fresh.
