Wunderman Thompson, Netherlands, creates this love story film for Plus Supermarkets. This time the Plus ad no longer deals with family or Christmas traditions.
The Plus Supermarkets’ commercial manages to tell a beautiful love story in just one minute. Almost all the action in this ad takes place in the supermarket. In the Plus supermarket, of course. Because apparently here you can find the love of your life. And this while taking your favorite product out of the store refrigerator.
The actors play their roles well, the film looks authentic and manages to convey the message of love. Unfortunately, leaving aside the matrimonial side, the Plus supermarket’s advantages over the competition are not well highlighted.
