Created by the advertising agency Starcom, the Allstate Insurance TV commercial Duet had an interesting effect: soundtrack melody has entered the Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales chart at No. 5 after the ad was aired during Super Bowl LV. The song is Opportunities, a song by English synthpop duo Pet Shop Boys from their debut studio album, Please (1986)
The promoted product is Allstate Auto Insurance with the tagline “You’re in Good Hands” and the message ” Drivers who switch to Allstate can save up to $700.”
The viewers ask for an extended version of this commercial and Allstate should do that!
