In the new campaign of Y Eau de Toilette, the rock legend and Y ambassador Lenny Kravitz reveals a more intimate facet of who he is.
The musician was named back in 2020 the new face of YSL’s Y Eau de Parfum, three years after daughter Zoë Kravtiz became YSL Beauty’s Global Ambassador.
The campaign tagline is “To Know Where You’re Going; You Need To Know Where You’re From.“

The film captures his journey back to his roots, in the Bahamas, on the island of Eleuthera – It’s the place for Lenny to reconnect with his true self, his roots — the people, the landscapes, the crystal-blue sea waters — that his grandfather knew. It’s where he gets to be intimately himself. This film reveals that: Showing us how Lenny draws his creative energy and fuels his passion from the place of his origins. From his true home. This new film reveals a new, rawer, more acoustic version of “Are You Gonna Go My Way,” recorded especially for the new campaign by Lenny Kravitz.
