This time is about a bride and groom use a motorcycle as their getaway car after their wedding. The ad has an interesting concept but recycled too many times.
The soundtrack is the same as in the previous GEICO ads Lining The Field and Repair Shop – Motorcycle Insurance: Build Me Up Buttercup by The Foundations.

Commercials really do like to make men look like fools. The woman is always all powerful, wiser, capable, etc. Makes you wonder what they are doing with these losers….
