Did you think you would see an ad from NATO? Why not? Especially since it is more of a holiday wish than a promotion of the NATO services. That would have been a little strange, wouldn’t it? Ant the ad is also cute as it features a cute robot.
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization is an intergovernmental military alliance between 30 European and North American countries.
The NATO advertisement is very well done and manages to convey the message well.
The message of the advert is “After training in the snow and mountains of Iceland, an EOD team returns to base. Passing signs reminding them to ‘Keep your distance’ due to COVID-19, they return to their office a little dejected, unsure how they can safely enjoy the holidays. But the EOD robot saves the day and finds a unique way to spread the holiday cheer – socially distanced, of course.”
