Meta (Facebook): The Tiger and the Buffalo
TV Commercial Review
Memorable
Effective
Style
Heart or Humor
Execution
Mediocre
Named “The Tiger and the Buffalo,” the Meta (Facebook) advert was created by the advertising agency Mindshare and directed by Andrew Thomas Huang.
The advert features a paint by Henri Rousseau, a French post-impressionist painter in the Naïve or Primitive manner.
The background music of the Meta advert is “Way In My Brain” by SL2.
I was expecting more from a Meta commercial…
Facebook is Meta now
7.0
A mediocre advert
Worst ad ever. It says absolutely nothing. Apparently designed to appeal to 12-14 y.o.s
What exactly is going to be “fun” about immersing yourself (via a nausea inducing headset) in a ’90s era bad CG world. This is likely the worst TV spot I’ve ever seen.
Commercial I like… Fun stuff…
