Let it snow. This new Audi’s commercial is about R8 V10 plus. This amazing car has a snow mode. With its unique snow mode, the Audi R8 is the most exhilarating way to traverse the icy landscape. Stability and control paired with breathtaking performance — no matter the season.
The advert was filmed on a frozen lake in northern Finland, we capture the power. The background music is a reinterpretation of the festive classic Sleigh Ride, by Faultline featuring Robyn Sherwell.
Unveiled at the Frankfurt motor show, it is the first production rear-wheel drive Audi to bring the driving concept of our R8 LMS racing car to the streets. It is 40kg lighter than the V10 quattro Coupe and will do 0-62mph in 3.7 seconds. The chassis setup and control systems allow controlled drifts if the driver chooses, the electromechanical power steering is completely free of torque steer, enabling precise handling and control.
RWS will come as a limited edition with a global combined Coupé and Spyder volume of only 999 cars.
