Apple 2018 Christmas commercial is an inspirational animation. The film was created by the advertising agency TBWAMedia Arts Lab and animation studio Buck Productions.
The advert is not focused on any Apple products. We can recognize only a MacBook Pro at beginning of the film during scenes at Sophia’s apartment.
The marketing message is “Have you ever made something wonderful but were too afraid to share it?”
The background soundtrack of the Apple’s 2018 Christmas Advert is the song: “Come Out and Play” by 16-year-old singer and songwriter Billie Eilish.
Apple’s fans are very careful about the details and saw some mistakes in the film like the Adobe Premiere open, Google Chrome and Firefox on the bar but no icon of FCPX. Other replies that maybe Apple wants to convert PC users by showing them they can still use their stuff.
